Print size export (exact pixels for a DPI)

Crop and resize a photo to the exact pixel size for a print size such as 35x45 mm, 4x6 in or A4 at your DPI.

Limits

  • Browsers cannot write a DPI value into saved images, so the file holds the right number of pixels but no print-size tag. When printing, choose the paper size and "actual size" or 100% scale.
  • The picture is cropped to fill the exact shape. If the original has fewer pixels than needed, it is enlarged and the result is flagged as soft.
  • Output is capped at 100 megapixels.
  • JPEG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a solid colour (white unless you choose another).
  • Everything runs on your device; images are never uploaded. Very large batches may be slow on phones.
