Extract text from PDF
Copy out the selectable text of a PDF as a .txt file, with optional page headings. Tells you which pages have none.

Limits
- Only text that is really in the PDF is extracted. Scanned pages are pictures and give nothing: the tool lists them so you can use Scan & OCR.
- Reading order follows how the PDF was written. Columns, tables and footnotes can come out interleaved, and some fonts produce odd characters.
- "Join wrapped lines" is a guess based on punctuation and capital letters; check lists and poetry, or choose to keep every line break.
- Very long results are shortened in the preview; the .txt file always has everything.
- Password-protected PDFs are refused (there is no password prompt yet); remove the password first.
