Limits
- Presets are common sizes only: check your form's current rules, because requirements vary by exam, institution and country.
- Everything is editable: pick Custom and type any width and height in millimetres.
- Drag, resize or nudge the crop box on the picture (it keeps the photo shape unless you unlock it; an unlocked box is cover-fitted to the photo shape, never stretched). Without touching the box, the anchor, zoom and shift settings position the crop.
- No face detection or background replacement: use a plain, evenly lit photo that follows your form’s rules.
- The PDF has the exact physical sheet size; print it at 100% (“actual size”), not “fit to page”.
