Limits

  • Presets are common sizes only: check your form's current rules, because requirements vary by exam, institution and country.
  • Output is the exact width × height you enter. The file size is searched by lowering JPEG/WebP quality, never by changing the pixel size.
  • PNG ignores quality, so it can rarely hit a small KB limit. Use JPEG for tight limits.
  • If the window cannot be met (for example a very simple image can’t reach a large minimum), the best file is still returned and marked “not within range” with the reason.
  • KB means 1,024 bytes. Up to 10 photos at a time.
