Limits

  • The link opens a pre-filled event for whoever clicks it; nothing is created or sent until they press Save.
  • Times are converted from the time zone you choose to UTC, so the link shows the right moment in everyone’s calendar.
  • Outlook links cannot carry a repeat rule; the Google link and the .ics file do.
  • Guests are pre-filled in Google Calendar only; whether they are emailed depends on the sender’s calendar settings.
